With experience of more than 30 years in both Air Force and Corporate, Sgt Nambiar ventured into multiple Business which include Export, Human Resources Consulting with Offices in Chennai and Dubai.

Captain Balaji is an avid flyer, has experience of flying with Non- Scheduled Operator with Indian Registered Aircraft. He has also experience in flying with Freedom Charters and also was Second in Command in Airbus A-320.
He held various positions in multiple Airport in Flight Operations before starting his flying career. He has his type rating on Airbus A-320 and Hawker HS – 125.
He also advises Twinjets Aviation on NSOP operations and other DGCA / ICAO related matters.

Captain Prasanna Subbiah is an accomplished Airline Transport Pilot and Aviation Professional with over 14 years of extensive experience in commercial aviation. He is currently associated with Twinjets Aviation as an Adviser – Commercial Flying, providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, operational standards, and aviation governance in alignment with DGCA and ICAO frameworks.
With over 8,000 hours of total flying experience, including more than 4,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command, Captain Prasanna has commanded Airbus A320 and Bombardier Dash-8 Q400 aircraft across domestic and international sectors. He has held senior command positions with leading Indian carriers, operating in high-density and complex operational environments.
An Engineering graduate (B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Anna University), Captain Prasanna combines strong technical acumen with operational expertise.
